What We Need to get Started

To begin your application and obtain your Decision in Principle, please provide:

  • 3 months’ payslips

  • 3 months’ bank statements

  • Proof of deposit

  • Evidence of savings or ISAs

  • Proof of ID (driving licence or passport)

  • Credit score reports

Once received, we can immediately start assessing your affordability and matching you with the right lender.
